To get my body back to how it was 3 years ago (picture above).
Maybe even thinner.
I don’t have an exact weight for myself at that time but I have the pants I was able to fit into at that time so that’ll be my measurement along with weighing myself once a week.
I want to be able to fit into a great dress for my junior prom in 9 months!
Plus, I want to be healthy, and look healthy :)
I don’t have much set for an exact plan. Just, drink lots of more water, exercise regularly, and eat less in general (not including eating more fruit/vegetables).
I’ll keep updates!
